Meg here! So you all know I have a trip that I’m going on that totally stresses me out BUT I want to know how YOU RELAX! We have agreat article coming up in the next couple of weeks from Goddess Granny and it is gong to knock your socks off! I don’t want to give too much away but its one of the things she does to relax! No! Get your mind out of the gutter! Keep it clean!
I’m just wondering what works for you? Do you do solo activities like paint or read or write?
Are you one of those “Exercise for relaxation people”-Gosh I wish I was one of those people! You know the runners or the Yogi’s or the Pilates people. Even the brisk walkers. They just feel so much better after they break a sweat!
I fall into the extremely productive wine and cigg category. Yes, it relaxes me. It’s also going to end up killing me so I guess I’ll be really relaxed then
I’ve just been thinking of some other ways to get my groove back after I need to decompress. I wish I had a tub in this apartment!
Any meditators? I know a lot of bid meditation fans. If you’re one when do you do it? Just when you need to relax or is it an every morning type of thing?
Thanks for all of the words of encouragement it is really nice to know that there is no such thing as “Normal” They never showed the basement of the house in “Leave It To Beaver”-Ward could have been collecting human heads down there in the freezer and June could have had a dominatrix den!
