The perfect and pouty reps from Bare Escentials (you know the cult that that’s taking over the nation) sent Meg’s Makeup out some of their Buxom Lips lip plumper to try.

I’m sorry, I am in such a bad mood tonight. Why do women say such weird things to each other. Here’s something I have never understood, do you know anyone that starts sentences with …”Don’t take this the wrong way…But…”If you have to start a sentence like that then you should probablly keep your two cents to yourself or rethink your opening. I mean it, please banish that from your vocab because it just doesn’t go over well. I also am really fed up with “You look good! What are you doing differently?” Is that even a compliment? Whenever I get that one, and I have several times, I always think I was walking around before with a pigface mask on or something.

I have thin lips and I have gotten sooo many remarks on how much better I would look with fuller, pouty lips. I would probablly also look better in head-to-toe Chanel Couture and the newest Louboutin pumps but I kind of just have to work with what I’ve got right now.

Whenever we get sent a lip plumper to test I am always hopeful. I am really wanting bow lips to come back into style but since their are no lip reducers on the market I’m thinking this may be a pipe dream. Please someone start making a ‘lip reducer” (mental note-come up with sales pitch for the sexy lip reducer). I hate my thin hair too, when Britney shaved her head I was filled with hope that she had started a national beauty craze and everyone would be sporting a sleek scalp. Foiled again. Thin, thin, thin-my hair, my lips, my waist (now that’s another story).

You may want to know about the product since it’s megsmakeup and not megsneurosis. The packaging is phenom, really a great design and a nice fat tube.

I choose the color “Bambi” which is a really pretty, sheeny pink. I would have originally chosen “Dolly” but a well meaning soul told me “don’t take this the wrong way…but that purple lipgloss you wear really ages you”.

Hear’s what Bare Escentials says about their Buxom Lip Plumper..”Naturally creates the look of fuller, more voluptuous lips. This mineral-infused polish imparts a luminous high shine with no sticky or tacky feeling. A deep infusion of antioxidant vitamins A and E help keep lips soft, smooth, and protected, while the tingly and cooling sensation reminds you that your lips are getting an immediate increase in fullness “.

Don’t take this the wrong way but I need you ladies to be quicker with your reviews, can you post now if your lips jumped a cup size?
