Meg here! Los Angeles is having another gorgeous fall day! No typo. Yes, I said that right. When I arrived home from sweltering Greece my friends were all a flutter. It is true that the weather givs everyone something to talk about.
“Look, at that sky Megan! It’s Santa Monica. I live on the beach for beach days! We have not had one hot beach day-this is insane!”
On the other end of the weather spectrum, my New Yorker’s would call me up..
“Dying! Absolutely dying. Oh God. So ready for this to be over. I look like Hell and my make-up is gross! I’m my own personal sweat shop.”
As a few of you know, I am a beauty contributor over at Sheckys.com and when I was asked to send a piece in to help guide the makeup mavens over here I had no hesitation in my pick. I’m sorry for my neighborhood and hopefully a beach day will hit Santa Monica but “summertime and the livin’ is easy in SoCal. Very easy. We are a spoiled bunch. Summer humidity in the concrete playground? Not too easy. N.Y.C. is just fabulous, in the summer, especially this summer-it is purely brutal.
