The relaxing and refreshing Jim from Appellation Spa sent us out some of their Grape Seed Muscle Soak. I love my tub. I even have a little blow up pillow for my head. A candle ready to light and a glass of champagne to top it off!
I’m a nervous, tense filled stress case. I carry all those knots in my upper shoulders and lower back. I love to just take 15 minutes and soak in a hot tub.
I have tried all sorts of soaks and bath fizzes and bubbles. Normally, I hop into the bath a couple hours before bedtime and I usually reach for my Kneipp’s
Herbal Bath of Valerian and Hops. They claim that that herbal mix promotes sleep and relaxtion. I don’t know if it’s psychosomatic or not, but hey, if it works for me then that’s all the proof I need.
I was excited when this tub came! I was all out of my Kneips and ready to explore more into the world of soaks! This one’s directions were a bit different then most. It was to sprinkle it on the top of the bathwater instead of pour it under the faucet as usual soaks request. My muscles have been more tense then usual so I was really ready to crawl my aching bones into this! Appellataion’s mask got greart reviews from our testers. Will there Grape Seed Muscle Soak fare as well?
Here’s what Appellation says about Grape Seed Muscle Soak “Comfort overworked muscles with the soothing warmth of arnica, clove, and ginger. Extracts of grape seed, green tea, rosemary, sage, willow bark, and yarrow are blended to induce relaxation. Oils of bergamot, eucalyptus, and juniper condition dry skin. Dermatologist tested and approved.”
Ladies please post if this is my new nightime ritual or if I should stick to my kneips?
